Bicycle Shed

Summer 2020

I designed this bicycle shed for my dad which we built together in the East Bay.
The shed is built with 4 x 4 Douglas fir posts on a concrete slab, and 2 x 4 doug fir studs. The roof and back wall are 3/4" plywood. The batu wood cladding is finished with a weather proof sealant and the roof is shingled to protect the bikes from the weather. The vertical hanging racks allow for more storage, and easy in-out of the bicycles.
